Zerio currently delivers nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Zerio may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if provided).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • The correct shipping address and contact number are provided.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable

The order may be canceled or returned to Zerio.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photos of the package/items.

We will investigate and assist accordingly.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Zerio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Political or regional issues
